Caustic Soda used for pH adjustment and Aluminum Chloride used as a coagulant are delivered to the plant by tanker trucks.  These chemicals are stored in 10,000 gal. bulk tanks. 

Deliveries are recieved at approximate 6 month intervals and allow for a 6 month reserve.

The concrete wall around the tanks provides containment in the event of a chemical spill.
